Bottlenose Dolphins Captivate Visitors as they Frolic Along the Shore of Virginia Beach
Your paddle slices through the ocean waves as you glide through the water in your kayak. You reach down and feel the cool seawater on your fingertips. A fin breaks the surface of the waves ten feet from you. And then another, as you hold your breath. Until finally, a pod of dolphins leaps out of the water right next to your boat or kayak. This summer, Virginia Beach welcomes the return of the Atlantic bottlenose dolphins.
