Afternoon - Begin the weekend on Friday checking into your hotel and testing the Atlantic Ocean water. Have your cameras ready for the bottlenose dolphins swimming close to shore and enjoying the music just as much as our guests. Visit the clinics at the Contemporary Arts Center in Virginia Beach. Review the agenda to see legendary composers and steel pan artists from around the world making appearances. The music fest will provide all participating bands with clinics and workshops, adjudication, affirmation, motivation and stimulation – all key components of a successful music program! Enjoy dinner at any of our group-friendly restaurants; Purple Cow Restaurant, (best ice cream shakes on the beach and a local favorite), Haunted Fun House at Atlantic Beach Club (with pizza parties, DJ, dancing and games), or Rockafeller’s (overlooking the popular fishing inlet). Complete your night with some competitive miniature golf at Jungle Golf located at 23rd and Pacific Avenue.

Morning - Competition and adjudication will take place on Saturday at the fantastic Virginia Beach Oceanfront’s newly renovated 24th Street Stage.  Enjoy the entertainment, music, food, merchandise and excitement of the steel drums, Caribbean style!

Afternoon - And the winner is….A special award ceremony will be held on the beach in the evening for all competitors and winners.

Morning - After a busy Saturday, enjoy Brunch at Captain George’s Seafood Restaurant, Waterman’s Beachwood Grill, Rockafeller’s or the Purple Cow, all group friendly! Then get ready for a team-building contest with a Boardwalk Scavenger Hunt! The Virginia Beach Scavenger Hunt activity will educate your group on the history, the entertainment, the events and just some fun facts about our beautiful city. Rent the popular 4 or 6 seat surrey bicycle and explore the 3-mile boardwalk.

Afternoon - After a long bike ride, enjoy lunch at Anchor Inn and then dive into Virginia’s marine environment at the Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center where thrilling educational programs have all been developed to meet standards of learning. Visit the aviary and view a film in the ABC Family IMAX® 3-D Theater. Complete the evening with a free performance from one of the finest sextet entertainers in town just for the PANorama festivals.

Morning - On your way home, be sure to visit the hot spot for kids of all ages, Mount Trashmore Skate Park. This new 24,000 square foot park features an extensive street course flowing from an above-ground, seven-foot deep bowl! The components, designed and built by Minnesota-based TrueRide, are framed with treated wood and completely covered with composite material. Another added value, free of charge activity to be experienced only in Virginia Beach.
